Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Users’ personal identification data are collected directly to fulfil their requests. The Website has different forms to fill out, manage, and follow up depending on requests made by the users.

In any case, the recourse of these subjects will take place subject to a commitment on their part to comply with the legislation on privacy.
The Data are not subject to disclosure.
Intention of the Data Controller
The Data Controller has no intention of transferring the Data provided to a third country or an international organization.
Data retention period
The data provided will be kept for no longer than 1 (one) year from the request to delete the user from the database sent by email to info@masserianarducci.com.
Once the terms indicated above have elapsed the Data will be destroyed.
Finally, we reserve the right to keep the so-called log-in and log-out data for a longer period, to be able to manage any crimes committed against the Website (hacking activities).
Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of any refusal to respond
The provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letters a) and b) is necessary for the correct and complete execution of the order and any refusal in merit will make it impossible to perform the services covered by the order. The provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letter c) is mandatory as it is necessary for the fulfilment of regulatory obligations. The provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letter d) is optional.
Existence of an automated decision-making process
There is no automated decision-making process.
Rights of the interested party and methods of exercise
The interested party has the rights referred to in art. 15-22 EU Regulation 2016/679 (access to personal data, rectification or cancellation (“right to be forgotten”) of the limitation of data processing concerning him/her, right to object to their treatment, right to data portability; right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal and the right to complain about a supervisory authority). The rights may be exercised at any time by sending a registered letter with a return receipt to the Masseria in the person, its director, and pro-tempore legal representative, or an e-mail to info@masserianarducci.com or a certified e-mail to info@masserianarducci.com.

Changes to the policy
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. The date of the last update of this Policy is shown at the top of this page.
