Green olives cream

The cream is made by stoning, grinding, and dressing natural olives in brine with olive oil. Ideal to be spread on bruschetta and appetizers, to dress pasta, meat, and fish. Great with all meals.
Olives 81%, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, aromatic herbs in variable proportions (Puglia, South Italy origin), 1.5% salt, citric acid (E330).
Traces of olive pits or parts of the pits are possible.
